Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed fresh parsley
  • 1 cup packed fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh oregano
  • 2 small shallots
  • 1 small red Thai chili pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Methodology

  1. In JAWZ High performance Blender, combine parsley, cilantro, oil, oregano, shallots, chili pepper, garlic, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper; blend on high until smooth.

Tips
